This episode we will explore how ascension is ongoing and in order to continue to ascend you have to be grounded. With a spiritual ascension, we go through an awakening of our soul into a higher level of consciousness. It merges you to a pure and divine source of pure energy.

If you’ve been noticing a pattern of constantly feeling exhausted even if you have good sleeping habits, this may not be exhaustion or tiredness. But instead, I call it being energetically exhausted. This is due to being in an overwhelming environment and too busy soaking up energies of others. Always use discernment if you are experiencing any ascension symptoms and seek a medical professional should these symptoms be ongoing and causing any health issues.

This episode we will explore self-sabotage and how it keeps up from being happy and accomplishing personal goals that we set for ourselves on a daily basis. It's important to remember that with self-sabotage it always starts and ends with us. But there are also other causes of self-sabotage that we will explore in detail during this episode. In addition to learning what causes self-sabotage, we will also discuss how we can stop it and live our best life. Because you can't keep going back and forth with yourself right?! 

It's also a Third Quarter Moon, which is the week after the Full Moon and a week before the Nu Moon. During this time relax and reflect while also being thankful for what is and has been removed from your life. Since we're also in the Waning Phase, this is the time to set some more intentions that you would like to see manifest within your life. SURRENDER!!!  

Self-sabotage is knowing exactly what you need to do to improve and not doing it. Understand that once you've recognized the signs of self-sabotaging behavior, you can take action to avoid repeating it. Stay out of your comfort zone and embrace the chance for growth. Remember, it'll be scary but soooo worth it

It's also a Full Moon in Libra so let's release what no longer serves us. Whatever surfaces for you, let it go with loving ease and remember to thank it for the lessons it provided you. Shame is the feeling of being something wrong, whereas guilt is the feeling of doing something wrong. Both of these can make us feel bad about ourselves, but remember it all ties back into self forgiveness. This is the most powerful step that you can take and very essential to have more emotionally balanced relationships.

*START BEING REAL: recognize the shame and let go of the false narrative that replays in your head

*CONFIDE IN SOMEONE CLOSE: whatever feelings you're having, confide in someone that will not judge you for how and what you're feeling

*SEEK OUT HEALING: therapy will be one thing that you will not be disappointed that you've explored. See what's a good fit and remain consistent.

*GET INTO THE PRESENT MOMENT: it's in the past, so don't relive it over and over. When you're able to distance yourself from it you can gain perspective

HOW TO FORGIVE YOURSELF:

*RELEASE NEGATIVE ENERGY-be honest about what happened and find closure. 

*ACCEPT THE UNACCEPTABLE-remember that you can't change the past, as much as we'd like to, but you CAN become the best version of yourself. 

*LEARN YOUR LESSON- take the time to understand and learn the lesson from forgiveness or you'll be repeating those karmic cycles all over again!

*MOVE FORWARD-you can't change what happened, but you CAN  change your attitude and actions in the present. 

*SELF COMPASSION- be mindful and kinder to yourself. Talk with yourself in a way that's helpful rather than harmful.
