This morning we look at the story of Joseph and explore the amazing parallels between Joseph and Jesus, not just in ministry but in character and life also. There are over 75 links between them and we will explore some of them this morning

This morning we look at the end of Joshua 5 where the commander of the Lords army comes and meets with Joshua. Again, this is a manifestation of Christ who Joshua asks 'who side are you on'? The commanders answer is a powerful one and somethings that should challenge our thinking and keep us humble before the Lord.

This week we focus on the parallel between Noah and Jesus. We see how the story of Noah is pointer to the work of Jesus to come. We explore how Peter saw the example of Noah and the flood in relation to Jesus and the cross and how Jesus surpasses the work of Noah to bring something even greater.

In this series we explore where the second person of the Trinity (Jesus) features in the Old Testament. Over the course of the series we will split the features of Christ in three section; Christ Patterned, Christ Promised and Christ Present. This week, we look at all three of these sections in Genesis 22 with the story of Abraham being test by God to sacrifice Isaac.

In the final week of this series we take a look at the judgement God brings upon the Serpent, the Woman and the Man. We see differences between the serpent curse, the curse of Woman & Man and that of Cain. We also look at each part of the curses and what that means for us today.

We continue look at Genesis 3 in this current series. Today we look at eight things that took place as a result of Adam & Eve's sin. We also look at Gods initial response when He comes to them in the cool of day.

As we continue this series we begin to look at Genesis 3. This week we will explore the elements of the serpents tactics to shift Eve from knowing to doubting. We also look at Eve and her role as she responds to the enemy. As we will see, the enemy and our responses are the same today.

This morning we explore a particular phrase in this passage and look at how Paul overcame it. Paul states that 'Satan stopped us' from returning to Thessalonica. We look at what what Paul meant and explore what his answer was to this problem. We look at the importance of discernment, persistence and faith.

The Third person in this grouping is Korah and we look at his unfaithfulness to Gods appointed leader. We look at his attitude and heart towards Moses and Aaron as well as some pointers to how people oppose leaders. We also look at how God viewed this situation and the swift punishment He brings to all involved. We also look at how Moses and Aaron responded.

Today we look at lessons we can learn from Balaam. We focus on how he was unfaithful and false towards God as well as allowing his own desires to dictate his 'relationship' with God. Similar to Cain, we explore how we too are guilty of same principles, attitudes and desires, even though we are not extreme in our actions. However, in order to grow deeper with God these things need to be addressed.
