Former UH QB Jack Rolovich, younger brother of Cal HC Nick and someone who also shared the position room with UH HC Timmy Chang, brings a fascinating perspective to what we can expect when the teams collide on Christmas Eve.

Sean gives his season-ending report card, and the boys discuss the not-so-unexpected departure of Jackson Harris.

...But the best part might be Jack's answer to what his favorite local food is! (Hint: he gets major street cred)

Cal as a potential Hawaii Bowl opponent? With one final regular season game to go before the bowl game, there's still much intrigue left in the year: will anyone sit out of the Bowl?; Could Timmy face Rolo?; Does Timmy need to win his last two games to secure his new contract?

UHAD has asked the State for $5 million to cover NIL costs-- do they have a chance at getting it?

Sean gives his report card as Hawaii beats SDSU in dominating fashion on a very rainy day, but the Aztecs bounced back to beat Boise State and take sole possession of first place in the conference. What's gonna happen next?

When it looked like the team had finally turned the corner, UH gets outplayed at SJSU, even coming off a restful bye week.

With so many Hawaii alum on the Sparty sideline, it's no surprise that even with a losing record, the home team would bring added emotion to the field. But, to give up over 400 yards in the first half alone was not what we expected. And then to show no urgency down two scores in the game's final minutes...

Where do we go from here? Thankfully, it's still the Mountain West. And the team is still guaranteed a bowl. But with San Diego State in town - the team with the best odds in the MW to advance to the CFP - a spot in the title game won't be nearly easy as it was a week ago.

The Tokyo Toe is everywhere these days, and UH Fans have a right to be excited to have a player garnering national acclaim. But after local politicians rallied to change the back of his jersey, from a romanized version of his name to the Kanji given to him at birth, it riled up one columnist in Hawaii, someone acclaimed in her own right.

Did Timmy just get his mentor fired? It appears that just moments after the 'Bows layeth the smacketh down on the Rams, the CSU AD delivered the people's elbow to Jay Norvell's tenure. Could Colorado State be targeting their old assistant coach? Yes, that one.

Surrendering nearly 500 yards on Defense, it was the 'Bows Offense that dominated the Falcons, putting up the most points since Timmy Chang took the reins.

How does the team stack up now at the halfway mark of the season? The Boys put the 4-2 record into context. (Because the MW is pretty bad too. But there's a reason why.)
