While Atio Castillo was laid to rest, the Department of Justice ordered the release of John Paul Solano, the suspect who first lied by telling the police that he found Castillo’s body on a sidewalk in Balut, Tondo but later on retracted his statement by saying that only provided medical assistance to the victim and rushed him to the hospital.
