Sophie Stich know’s a thing or two a bit risk. She was in her mid twenties when she worked her way up the corporate world. Even with the multiple promotions, pay raises and success all by her mid twenties— she couldn’t help but feel stifled by bureaucracy. She left her roles as a marketing guru for Sweetgreen and SoulCycle, and mixed together her expertise in hospitality and love of champagne to create Toastworthy— a vintage airstream that is a full service champagne pop-up. Toastworthy began as a side hustle for Sophie and came along with major challenges and set backs including being $30,000 in debt to bring her vision to life. Kim Guerra is the Founder and CEO of the Brown Bad Ass Bonita where she uses art as a way of healing and celebrating her cultura. Today Kim wants to be an instrument of healing and empowerment for my Latinx communities in a way that respect, honors, and celebrates the Latinx culture rather than pathologizing it.
