Paulina Sosa is a survivor of domestic and sexual violence, and is passionate about empowering others to use their voice and story to heal. She is the founder of the Latinx Forces Project, an initiative to empower the Latinx community, and the Breaking the Silence for Survivors storytelling project.

Dorothy Husen, an introvert and survivor of childhood trauma, embarks on a journey to help others recover from chronic illness and stress by embracing her authentic self and facing the truth of the past, despite the emotional turmoil of doing so. Dorothy Husen is a trauma survivor and author of the book Breaking the Chains of Transgenerational Trauma: My Journey from Surviving to Thriving. She specializes in helping people suffering from chronic pain due to childhood trauma, abuse and ongoing stress.
