What does it mean to fully live inside our physical forms? Today we learn HOW to pull ourselves fully into our bodies, sit in our lower three chakras and TRULY FEEL our body. There's been a trend I've noticed lately of folks on IG flying off into the cosmos channeling all sorts of messages and I am just musing about the idea of not being deeply rooted in the seat of yourself before embarking on doing that kind of work. Thecla was an apostle who preached with Paul. Her story is omitted from the bible but is part of the Apocryphal Acts of Paul and Thecla and was widely read in early Christian communities. Thecla's story of baptizing herself in middle of the coliseum after not being killed by lion, bear or rhino after Paul repeatedly refused to baptize her, is a story I find thrilling.
