I pray that 2026 is a year of growth and prosperity for us both. 2025 opened and closed a lot of doors, some of which many of us would have fought for until our last breath. I want us to trust that everything is happening how it's supposed to, and it's all for a reason. It's time for us to show up differently. To be consistent. I can't lie y'all, I've been on a high since my birthday and I'm literally praying that this is for a lifetime!

Today I spoke about how uncomfortable it was for me to actually embrace, or admit that I enjoyed sharing my confidence, my vulnerability (sometimes), and my creativity. I even addressed how the cause for me hiding some of these things stemmed from my childhood, and I even gave you a hint of where to look in yours (if you struggle with similar issues) ! 😉

Two things I stress in this episode are ..

1. How to start loving yourself where you are, which ultimately means celebrating where you are in your journey. Taking time to get to know and love you where you are, instead of constantly forcing change.

2. Responding differently, especially to things that used to trigger you! When you no longer give reactions, people have absolutely NOTHING to feed off off, and you get to keep your energy and high vibrations ✨💛
