On the healing hour today we have Niall O’Murchu. He is the creator of “Breathe with Niall". He is a wellness expert and uses and teaches the Wim Hoff method in order to live a healthier, happier and stronger life, helping others to do the same. He teaches people to learn to breathe fully and deeply, improving health, giving the client more energy, reducing stress and many other health benefits.

On Episode 10’s podcast we have Jimmy, known as That Meditation Guy.

He teaches an ancient technique from the Himalayas that is scientifically proven to deliver transformative benefits. This is completely different from mindfulness and other styles of meditation which you might have tried before, melting away stress and leaving you feeling happy, energised, and clear-headed.

I wanted to chat with Jimmy about the power of healing through meditation and its healing benefits on the mind, body and spirit.

Samantha is an actress, presenter, disability activist, inclusion and equality consultant and keynote speaker. She is a columnist for the Metro and often writes about what it is like to be disabled in a disabling word. She was born with a rare genetic condition called Osteogenesis Imperfecta (or more commonly known as Brittle Bone condition) and is a full-time wheelchair user. She has recently published an amazing and inspiring book called; “You are the best thing since sliced bread” in a nutshell it talks about how to embrace your uniqueness as that is what makes you fabulous. I’m so thrilled to have Samantha on as she has so much light and healing to offer this world and its wonderful to talk about healing with disability and learning to navigate life in a very unempathic world.

Justine Jenkins is a celebrity make up artist, activist, beauty expert and industry reformer. She has done make up for clients such as Fearne Cotton, Jodie comer, Laura Whitmore, Vicky McClure, Suranne Jones, Emily Beecham, Along side many others.

Justin has been a make-up artist for 23 years. she was one of the first permanent make-up artists in London to go entirely cruelty free after she discovered most cosmetic brands were still testing on animals. Her mantra is “if you don’t stand for something you fool for everything” so she stood up for what she felt was morally right and I love that!

 she’s written hundreds of articles on the subject and the body shop invited her to present a petition to the EU in Brussels calling for a global ban on cosmetic animal testing. She’s also written a book called sustainable beauty!

 As she says, change cannot happen overnight but she believes that if everybody puts in a bit of effort and is a more awake on the situation things can change.

It was wonderful to have her on to talk all about healing through make up and sustainability.

She covers Root-cause therapy - a trauma & emotional healing therapy for those struggling to conceive alongside Fertility coaching and Clinical fertility reflexology. Whether you are on a fertility journey or not, this episode is a real eye-opener and so truly informative on a topic that is not discussed nearly enough in the mainstream.

This episode is all about healing with crystals and how they can guide and work with you through life in a positive way. I was lucky to talk to the amazing Claire Titmus who is the owner of The Crystal Bar, a beautiful online store where you can purchase a vast array of all things crystal!

Claire’s knowledge, expertise, and the range of crystals she has to offer online is second to none!

Katie Brindle is the founder of the Hayo’u Method and published her book: Yang Sheng, the art of Chinese healing, both of which distil ancient Chinese medicine techniques into simple daily rituals. 

She’s been working in Chinese medicine since 2002. She also practises in massage and reflexology and studied TCM and qualified as a Five Elements Chinese medical practitioner. She's also had press features on dailymail online, Bazaar, Hello magazine, Tatler, women's health, along side others.

She has an astounding knowledge when it comes to healing through Chinese medicine.

Amanda Gibby Peters is the creator and founder of simple Shui and is an incredibly experienced feng shui practitioner. 

Her Moto is “What we experience in life is often reflected energetically in our surroundings. And when we change what’s happening around us in a positive way, we reconfigure what happens in our lives as well.”

Simple Shui is her approach to curating + living a good life.

She has an extensive knowledge about the positions of the stars and movements of the planets of the Solar System and how they influence our lives, events and behaviours.
