This week I had to have my cat Luna rescued from a tree after being chased by dogs. This experience led me to consider how often we react to a situation and create consequences that may require help from others.

Finding healing after the end of a relationship means releasing the need for that last conversation...the one where we tell the other person everything we want to say. It's like a bungee cord that keeps pulling us out of closure. Cut the cord and embrace the possibilities ahead!
