We ALL have bad habits....no matter who we are in the world, no matter where we are in life. I'm a firm believer in this fact. I also believe that once a person owns their bad habits, they can begin to break the cycle and start better habits.

In life, we hold on to the heaviness and anger of what others have said or done to us. Sure, we can forgive ourselves. But the real growth is being able to forgive those same people with whom we're still holding a grudge. This episode embarks on the freedom of letting go and forgiving others.

In this series, we're going to discuss self-forgiveness. In most cases, we forgive others or seek forgiveness without starting with ourselves. We must allow ourselves to heal from the pain. And doing that, we can free our minds and hearts.
