Feeling unsupported, alone, and unworthy of receiving what you need can bring up some of your deepest wounds and triggers, such as past experiences with rejection and abandonment.
Not only are these difficult feelings to navigate, but they keep us stuck and unable to trust others, which leads us to staying closed off and unable to experience anything new. I know that you are worthy of love and support, and I know this because this is something I have struggled with and am working through myself.
I know how much false beliefs and old experiences can trick us into believing we aren't worthy and we can never let our guard down, but I promise you, YOU ARE WORTHY and you deserve SO MUCH LOVE.

I guide you through a deeply healing and spiritual exercise that will help you to start feeling loved and supported right now. And then I will cover some different ways to release old, limiting beliefs and stories and bring in new ones.

This is a personal episode for me, and I get into a recent experience I had that left me feeling completely abandoned and rejected by everyone I knew.
