  • Why I Deleted 25+ Episodes | Brooke Simonson
EPISODE 200 | Welcome to a very special episode of The Health Investment Podcast: THE 200TH EPISODE! I can hardly believe it. When I started this podcast, I never imagined I’d reach 200 episodes, let alone that I’d have such a wonderful community of listeners supporting me every step of the way. I couldn't have gotten this podcast to where it is today without you. Your loyalty, feedback, and encouragement have been instrumental in helping me reach this milestone. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. As my valued listener, I have two requests. If you've enjoyed the show, if you've learned something new, or if you've found inspiration and motivation to live a healthier life, I'd like to ask you to do two things... First, leave a review on your favorite podcast platform. Reviews help other people discover the show and let me know what’s going well. So, if you haven't already, please take a few minutes to leave some stars and write a little blurb. It’ll mean the world to me! Second, tell your friends and family about the show. We both know that word of mouth is one of the most powerful ways to tell people about anything—like a podcast!—so I’d love it if you could help me reach even more people who could benefit from this content. Whether you share a favorite episode on social media, recommend the podcast to a friend who's struggling with weight loss, or just mention the show in casual conversation, your referral will be greatly appreciated! In today's episode, I explain why I deleted several earlier episodes of the The Health Investment Podcast. Enjoy!
