Cada vez que repetimos esta frase, apelamos a Jesucristo, el Hijo de Dios, para que nos ayude, nos guíe y nos asista en nuestra vida diaria o en cualquier situación difícil por la que estemos pasando.

The grace of God is available to anyone who asks for it. It is transmitted by the spiritual essence and divine intervention of the Master. 

In this meditation, i'll be guiding you to the sacred temple within your heart. From your heart space, you you can ask God for his grace, by repeating the ancient prayer of the heart, 'Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me.' 

Each time we repeat this phrase, we appeal to Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, to help, guide and assist us in our daily lives or any difficult situation we might be going through.

Esta meditación guiada ayudará a calmarte, reducir el estrés y a aumentar tu capacidad para tomar mejores decisiones.

la Coherencia Cardíaca es el termino que utiliza el instituto de Heartmath para describir al estado de coherencia psicofisiológica que resulta cuando los sistemas los sistemas del cuerpo están trabajando unidos, con eficiencia y en armonía.

El corazón tiene su propio circuito neuronal que siempre está interactuando con la parte del cerebro que controla las emociones y la fisiología del cuerpo.

Las emociones negativas que sentimos cuando estamos estresados, hacen que los diferentes sistemas de nuestro cuerpo pierdan su sincronización. Esto provoca un desorden en el ritmo cardíaco y en el sistema nervioso que lleva al bloqueo de la corteza cerebral.

Por el contrario, cuando se producen emociones positivas, se crea una armonía en el sistema nervioso y en el ritmo cardíaco, restaurando y sincronizando todos los sistemas, y facilitando la conexión entre los hemisferios derecho e izquierdo del cerebro. Como resultado, sentimos una mayor claridad mental, sentimientos de tranquilidad y un aumento de la capacidad para tomar mejor decisiones.

This guided meditation will help you calm down, reduce stress, and increase your capacity to make better choices.

Heart coherence is the term used by the institute of Heartmath to describe a state of psychophysiological coherence in which all your bodily systems are working together, efficiently and in harmony.

The heart has its own neuronal network that is always interacting with the part of the brain that controls the emotions and physiology of the body.

The negative emotions we experience when we are stressed, cause the different systems in our body to loose their synchronization. this causes an imbalance in heart rate and the nervous system that leads to the inhibition of the rational brain.

In contrast, when you experience positive emotions, this creates a harmony in the nervous system and heart rate, restoring and synchronizing all systems, and facilitating the connection between the right and left hemispheres of the brain. this will result in greater mental clarity, focus, feelings of ease, and an increase in your capacity to make better decisions.

"I AM" means, in essence, "GOD IN ME". Whenever your use this mantra, you are declaring that ' God in you' is the resurrection and the life of whatever it is that follows this phrase.

For example, affirming, I AM THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE OF MY PHYSICAL HEALTH, is to declare, 'God in me is resurrecting and living in my physical health.'

Infusing this affirmation with your heart's energy and the power of your emotions, amplifies its effect bringing about a deeper sense of inner alignment with your authentic self, and feeling of inner calm and joy, and a realization that God is within you, working through you and as you, renewing and restoring you from the inside out.

People sometimes ask me if I’m a Christian, and my answer is the same that Dr. Howard Thurman once gave a reporter when asked the same question and he replied, “I’m a follower of the teachings of a man named Jesus, not a religion made about a man named Jesus.”

When I was a child growing up in Venezuela – where over 90% of the population is Christian, on Christmas eve at exactly midnight we expected the Christ child to arrive with his gifts. Not Santa Claus. In fact, the very first thing my friends would ask me on Christmas day was, ‘What gifts did the Christ child bring you?’

Since I became a follower and a teacher of The Path of the Heart, the truth is that for me, Jesus has become my most important source of inspiration, guidance and wisdom on all areas of my life, both inwardly, and outwardly. Instead of seeing Christ as someone to worship and obey, I’ve come to see this Jesus, The Christ, as a powerful man who two thousand years ago showed us the way to a richer, more loving, joyful and fulfilling life. He called it, The Way, a journey of bringing Heaven to Earth, the Divine to the flesh, the qualities of God to our imperfect human selves.

To be Christed, in ancient Greece, was to be anointed. Anointing, in Latin ‘ungire’, means to smear with oil. Why oil? Because all oil carries the essence of its origin. Just like lavender oil carries the essence of lavender, The Christ carries the essence of its Divine self – that part of ourselves that is holy, perfect, indestructible, that has never been born, and it will never die.

This Divine aspect of ourselves is what is known as The Christ Consciousness, or the consciousness that lived fully in a man named Jesus, whose birth we celebrate on this Christmas day. And today I’d like to help you activate this consciousness within your heart, the place where Jesus himself taught it lived when he said, ‘” for where your treasure is, there you will also find your heart.”

The Christ Consciousness Activation is my invitation to you to set aside 17 minutes this holiday season and re-connect, re-awaken, and re-activate the connection with this Divine Center within you where your soul lives.
