It’s been said that the farm and ranch is the best place to raise children. As a mom of four kids, I feel so blessed to be able to teach kids about life, faith, family, community, and being true stewards of the land, livestock, and the people around them through the avenue of raising cattle.A calling from God led Tyler and I to become licensed foster parents in 2019, and since then, we’ve had a dozen kids come and go on the ranch. Food security is national security, and a nation that cannot feed itself is not free. This was the message I shared at the Arkansas Cattlemen’s Association’s Annual Convention earlier this year, and after my speech I connected with farmer and veteran Ryan Pace.

Sharing his experiences on his tour of duty overseas, Pace explains exactly what food security, or lack thereof, looks like. And we discuss ways for liberty-loving Americans to ensure their sovereignty and freedoms by being able to feed themselves.
