Now, it’s probably odd that I would be making a case for play as the title states in the first full week of March. But honestly, it is the PERFECT TIME. As I scroll through my timeline, people including myself are ALREADY feeling the need to take breaks albeit from work or social media. Ya’ll its only the first week of March. So maybe it’s time we take a look at our work schedules and incorporate play in our lives, before hitting a wall.

She launched the blog Afro Minimalist, sharing how she applies minimalist principles in her life, while still using the pretty things (something we’ll talk about during this episode) and living a more intentional and happier life. She shared her personal minamalist story, why announcing those social media breaks is unnecessary, the need for teaching generational wealth and the other side of letting go of the things we don’t need.
