Today’s episode is about resolutions. Realistic and achievable resolutions.
I have always felt the new year, along with reflections and celebrations, brings a solid feeling to get my life together all at once. Everything at that moment feels doable.
From health goals to travel goals, to skincare routine to better finances - everything is on the agenda starting January 1st.
But it is around mid-January that I exhaust myself into a real hit that new habits do not build overnight, or everything cannot sort itself out just because it's a new year.
But I love the force of motivation that makes me feel I can do it. After years of making unrealistic resolutions, I devised ways to stick with them throughout the year.
In today's episode, I will share with you some simple ways to help you with your resolutions and help you reach your dreams and goals for 2023. These tips and tricks can also easily be used to build habits and be regular with your short-term and long-term goals, but I will be talking about that soon in one of the coming episodes.
