 I am trying to learn Channelling and this is the second time that an entity came though in English. I hope that this is a real channelling, but it could also be fantasy. I can not give you any garantis.

Someone asked for a raw file, before it was edited. This i my file of a translation from Danish. In between I listen to the Danish file and translate it "on the fly".

Nr 6 Releasing trauma

This is a translation of the Danish Podcast "Eremittens Kikkert" episode 4. called "Spændingsløsning" (Releasing tension).

It is about how the body can release tension and old traumas or neurosis and thus letting go of emotional blockages in the body-mind system.
