This week on The Heroes, Villains and Sidekicks Show we’ll be looking into the origin and backstory of one of Flash’s more obscure villains, and he has a pretty colorful path, I’ll be doing the paint by numbers of the Rainbow Raider. Dr. Zin is the arch nemesis of Dr. Benton Quest on the animated cartoon Jonny Quest that first aired on September 18th 1964. Jonny Quest actually aired in prime time and was a huge success both because of it’s incredible art and storytelling but it only lasted one season. Like a lot of Sci-Fi shows of that time it made most of its money and gained even more popularity in syndication. The program was produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions for Screen Gems, and was created and designed by comic book artist Doug Wildey.

Spock is the half-Vulcan, half-human science officer aboard the USS Enterprise who was played Leonard Nimoy throughout the Star Trek franchise that includes the original series, of all 8 movies that include the original cast and even the animated TV series. Spock even showed up in a two part arc in Star Trek: The Next generation.
