Jason France is a fitness training expert and co-founder of Neuro Creamer – the cognitive coffee creamer which provides nourishment for your coffee and mind.  He was a high school baseball phenome who was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds but instead joined the Marines and became a Critical Skills Operator which is part of the Marines Special Operations Unit also known as the Raiders.  He is a fascinating person.  This is written on his Facebook page.

Tamara Lee Standard, Evolution Ally/Specialist is a wild wisdom yogini who has used both conventional and unconventional techniques to release her'self' from the bondage of 'self.' As founder of the Modern Mystic Yoga Academy, she has led Yoga Teacher Trainings, Immersions, and remote location Retreats. Devoted to liberation since childhood, formally introduced to yoga from her father's copy of the Gita and Upanishads.  She has been participating in the yogic world for over 20 years and understands deeply the path and the struggles one faces in the modern world to maintain a sadhana or personal practice. From teaching yoga on the streets to active addicts, (living in painful addictive cycles herself and coming through them as well), to gyms and fancy studios, Tamara has moved beyond mainstream yoga.

What is The Hero's Journey?  The Hero's Journey is a story you already know.  I believe everyone knows this story.  It seems to be a part of our DNA or perhaps a deeply embedded archetype as Carl Jung, the noted psychiatrist and founder of analytical psychology, described in his teachings.  I was first introduced to The Hero's Journey (THJ) back in 1977 when my parents took me to a movie theater to see the original Star Wars.  The story of Luke Skywalker is the Hero's Journey.  I was reintroduced to THJ in high school when I read Homer's The Odyssey and Joseph Campbell's The Hero With A Thousand Faces.  In this book, Joseph Campbell beautifully and poetically explains the importance of The Hero's Journey in mythology and how these stories appear in some form or another in every culture throughout human history.  We all can and should live The Hero's Journey.  To subscribe to our blog and receive a free copy of "The 21 Day Gratitude Journal" visit www.mindfulaccord.com
