On this episode of The HERshyt Show, Hersh and Felicia talk with Author, Consultant, Speaker and Coach Kesha Mason Campbell who teaches women that "NO" is a complete sentence, and shows them how to establish healthy boundaries with families while putting their needs first.

Your time is now to convert from being “The Fixer/The Problem Solver” who does everything for everyone. You are accountable for everyone else’s actions including your own. You have become the "Go To" person and didn’t see it happening right before your eyes.
Let Kesha show you how to become the person who has created healthy boundaries of support. You no longer take on the responsibility or be the accountable for your loved one’s actions.
As the Freedom Fixer, Kesha teaches fixers and problem solvers to change their approach from taking on the responsibility of a loved one's situation.
Kesha can teach you to establish and implement healthy boundaries of support so that you are allowing your loved one to be responsible for their own actions. You can continue to support but this time you will be supportive with “Healthy Boundaries”.

On this episode of The HERshyt Show, Hersh and Felicia talk about choosing money over morals and the consequences of those decisions.
Morality is more important than money in society because, without morals, total chaos would occur. Though money is a huge part of everyday life and our system, for that matter, without morals, we won't be able to keep a functioning economic system at all because it would lead to corruption.
https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2019/02/190206091426.htm
Our actions are guided by moral values. However, monetary incentives can get in the way of our good intentions. Neuroeconomists have now investigated in which area of the brain conflicts between moral and material motives are resolved. Their findings reveal that our actions are more social when these deliberations are inhibited.

On this weeks episode of The HERshyt Show, Hersh and Felicia discuss recent protest in Iran that has left many young people arrested, beaten or worse. There is no sign that the protest movement led by women in Iran is slowing down, despite violent crackdowns by Iranian security forces. Just weeks ago, thousands of Iranians marched to the city of Saghez, the hometown of Mahsa “Zina” Amini, whose death in custody 40 days earlier had sparked an outpouring of public grief and outrage that has evolved into a mass movement. Amini, a 22-year-old Kurdish Iranian, had been visiting family members in Tehran when she was arrested by the morality police for allegedly violating Iran’s hijab law. Witnesses claim that the police severely beat her. While these type attacks are most recently being protested in Iran, similar events happen in countries around the world.

On this episode of The HERshyt Show, Hersh and Felicia discuss recent discrimination that they have faced. Both totally separate incidents but both should not happen. It is extremely difficult to get work when there is a criminal history no matter how long ago it happened. If you leave it off an application, you can get fired for lying on an application. Criminal Record checks can cause a lot of well qualified employees to lose opportunities before they can even speak to a real person. They also share an incident where even woman are passed over for help if they are not "as dolled up" as another woman in the same area of a store. Tom boys need service too is the message here.
