Next on the show we have Kim Pittinger, a mother to a daughter who lives with a sudden onset disability. Kim is super mom balancing caring for her daughter, complicated remote work, and taking care of her family all at the same time. Her story is full of hope and gives us some insight on how to balance life through the unexpected storms that come our way.

Lisa chats with Tristy Fryer, Training Coordinator at FirsTitle; Misty Ship, Bridges Employee at FirsTitle; and Paxton Stieber, Bridges' Director of Development about FirsTitle's partnership with The Bridges Foundation. Bridges helps adults living with disabilities learn skills to prepare them for job opportunities. They offer a variety of programs such as vocational training, job workshops, and community-integrated employment and that is where their partnership with FirsTitle comes into play.

FirsTitle, originally Smith Brothers Abstract, has been in Tulsa since 1920. Luke Strawn, CEO, and Tristy Fryer, Training Coordinator both share in the second part of our episode about their personal connections to the mission of inclusion and how this got the ball rolling in their partnership with Bridges. This is truly an inspiring story of a father who took the words of his daughter and made them into meaningful employment opportunities for people living with disabilities.
