We have a very special theme for episode 153 of The Hidden Workforce!
First, we have Dr. Alan Weintraub, MD. Dr. Weintraub is a leading expert in the field of Neuro Trauma. He led the Brain Injury Program at Craig Hospital for many years of his career and is now the President of the International Brain Injury Association just to name a few of many of his accomplishments. Beyond Dr. Weintraub’s stunning medical career, he is just as incredible of a family man being a wonderful step-father to his step-daughter Kennedy. In this segment, you get two very unique perspectives from Dr. Weintraub sharing his experiences with Kennedy’s condition both as an expert in his medical field as well as her father. You don’t want to miss this!
Next, we throw it back to an interview we heard from Brady Drake, the Assistant Manager at Not Your Average Joe Broken Arrow. Brady is a Traumatic Brain Injury survivor after experiencing a construction site accident while pursuing his undergraduate degree. That didn’t stop Brady from pivoting and redefining his purpose and impact. Brady is a shining example of defying the odds, finding purpose in his story, and making a difference every day- every where he goes. He is a joy to be around and we couldn’t be more proud of all he has accomplished and all he has yet to accomplish!
Grab some tissues and enjoy the show!
We also get to hear remote reporter Alex Weddington’s new segment “What Alex is Watching!” As he reviews “10 Cloverfield Lane.”
