Kyle’s shares his holistic approach that focuses on 3 Pillars of Fitness, Nutrition, and Mental Conditioning, which empowers clients to improve their health, increase their vitality, strengthen their emotional resiliency, and improve their relationship with others. This approach is well-founded. Kyle really knows the difference between mere knowledge and the power that comes from lived experience.
The path of acquiring money, material things, and status has been referred to as the “climbing the mountain of success”, and yet as Kyle learned, and so many others are experiencing, there is a Second Mountain, it doesn’t involve any of those things, however the journey up this Second mountain can be the Path to true Fulfillment and Happiness.
Kyle shares quite the journey with us: - both terrifying and liberating at the same time. He felt the fear of scarcity resurface and yet was forced to let go of what was familiar to find a different path forward. He was not alone. The company he had been working for was good enough to appoint a career transition counsellor to him.
He experienced profound personal growth as he began implementing new tools and teachings into his own life, and then as he began to coach others, he watched them experience profoundly positive changes in their lives as well.
