Hey Squad!
We had our kick-off call as a TRIBE last Monday and I am excited!
Y'all should see the dope bosses that are part of the sisterhood of high-achieving women who are kicking procrastination and imposter syndrome to the curb to walk in their God-given purpose!
If you haven't joined A Tribe Called Purpose™, please do. It is your kind of membership if you want to get out of the overwhelm, get ahead of your day and start walking in your purpose!
On today's episode...
I decided to do an episode on this is because it is a misconception that I held for a long time.
This very pervasiveness concept that I held, and I find when I talk to women - especially Christian women of color - is that we are not allowed to desire things.
I thought that this was based on Bible verses I had heard over the years. This could not be further from the truth of the word of God.
I thought that I was just supposed to sit around and God would somehow make all the decisions for me and I forgot to move in my life.
I know that you guys have probably had similar thoughts.
Like, what do I want? I'm I allowed to want stuff? And the answer is yes.
I want to convince you of that today. That you are allowed to want stuff.
Then, I want you to start spending some time thinking about what you want and putting it on paper, writing about what you want.
So writing the vision and making it plain.
In this episode, I discuss:
- The power of messy first steps
- Ordered steps
