There is something you can do about that though. Put action forth and SHOW UP! Once you consistently take action toward that goal you say you have, you may truly start to see progress. It is definitely scary at first. At the same time, the more you do it the more comfortable you may become! None of this is possible though if you don't take action and show up in the first place. I give examples of how things could have deterred me from trying to attain my goals, but I did not let those things stop me, and why that should not stop me either.
