Safety Manager for H&M Trucking Dean Edmunds will join us to talk about the safety that happens outside the truck, and what 4 wheelers can do to be more safe around trucks. The we’re joined by H&M driver Tom Woods, who will give us a driver’s perspective on the topic.
BOB’S BIG RIG CAFE RECIPE
This is the basic beginning of so many recipes like Spaghetti, Tacos, Stuffed Bell
Peppers... even Hamburger Helper. I simply prepare one of these dishes while at
home and cook an extra pound of Ground Meat at the same time.
Spices - Salt/Pepper or Tony Cachere’s Creole Seasoning
Cook Ground Meat with diced Onion
Add whatever spices you wish
Allow the mixture to cool a bit
Place approx. 1⁄2 cup in Freezer Bags
Place them on a cookie sheet or something flat and freeze
*** This way, they will take up less room in the truck freezer ***
Nachos, Shepherd’s Pie, Hamburger Mac & Cheese, Burritos, etc.
Ground Meat Mixture (from home)
Tub of Instant Mashed Potatoes
Shredded Cheese (optional)
Ground Meat Mixture (approx. 1/3 bowl)
Drain Green Beans and add to bowl
Prepare Mashed Potatoes according to directions
Dump the Potatoes on top of the Meat and Beans.
Add Cheese and salt/pepper if you wish
