Monica comes from a very big Columbian family where everyone was so fertile, it seemed that the men in her family only had to look at a woman andd babies were created. but when it came to her journey creating a baby did not come so easily, and in that a huge emotional journey began.

10. gave birth to baby girl.
11. my pain became my purpose, to be an advocate for others.
Monica’s biggest learning –
· Learning about miscarriage and understanding the pain off loss.
· My journey of still birth, and going through that pain.
What is your biggest message –
· Our bodies health is so important in creating children, health and as we move forward in life.
· In times of deep emotional turmoil to look within our heart, as the best answers are there.

This episode I talk with the lovely Sarah Willoughby who is also a fertility coach about guilt. The path to creating a baby is paved with so much guilt, and why is that?
We discuss about guilt and what it is.
Emotionally guilt lowers our energy system, and our immune system so plays a big part over our health. we spend so much time trying to be healthy and yet the emotions we feel on this journey of fertility can create self-sabotage.
We talk about primary guilt for example husband, family, life not turning out as we wanted to, relationships.
and then we talk about secondary guilt for example money and how we feel it could be better spent possibly then on a journey of fertility. How bodies, constantly wanting to talk or not talk about our journey.
What we focus on grows! If that is the premise, then what are we looking at or focusing on to create? Is it what we want or not?
We looked at two books: -
You Can Heal Your Life by Louise L Hay – this was a book that for both of us opened u the idea of creating a life we want to live and healing ourselves.
The Secret Language of Your Body by Inna Segal
I finish with a small process from this book to support the feelings of Guilt in our bodies.
Finish off with how we can all help ourselves; -
Recognise where we are and acceptance!
Working on inner compassion
Changing the focus
Know your Enough!
And have your crew around, the therapist and friend or family that can support you emotionally and physically on your journey.

I am really excited to be sharing the mike with the lovely Sarah Willoughby. We are both fertility coaches and have a passion to support people on their fertility and health and journey of life. But both our paths are so different. I love how we can both bring to the table all our personal experience and knowledge in this area.
Today we talk about how to start or re start the year. The stress and anxiety we can put ourselves under. Our perceptions of what we feel life should be, and how it is turning out. When we plan life, and it is nothing like that. We chat about our own journeys and how that impacted us, plus the different tools we discovered that were helpful.

· This can be a great time to thrive.
· Be gentle with yourself as the perception to start the year with a bang, can be overwhelming.
· Remember if we are in a state of being we are still creating.
· We both talk about our own journeys and how we did and did not cope over the years on our personal path.
What saved us;-
· Meditation
· Breath work
· Connecting to nature
· Looking at our language, is it fertile?
· Nurturing the self
· Looking at how we can be fertile I mind and body
· Finding ways to be present
Finishing off with

On this episode I am talking about my top 5 tips that really helped me on my fertility journey.
These tips took me a while to learn and to implement, but I found these really helped me on my path personally as a woman and then on my fertility path.
My 5 top Tips are.
1. Bring back your Power.
When my body didn’t work, and I felt everyone around me was getting pregnant. I assumed I and my body was broken. I need to be fixed and it was outside of my power.
So, I handed over my body to the doctors to what I assumed, could fix my body. Now in reality that is not quite true. My body is part of me, and I really needed to learn that I had to take back my power and realise I did have the resources inside me to move forward.
2. Create a new way of having a healthy relationship with my body.
I found it important to reconnect with my body. Hating it (my body) for not doing what I thought it could not do, was not helping my fertility case at all.
I found a new way to connect with my body and ultimately myself. Using my healing hands (we all have them) my words and my heart, my visualisation to reconnect to my body.
I talk about ways of touching the body with your hands to find connection, to find peace and create a new way to love your body.
Think about it if we are hating our body how can it create?
3. Self-Healing Process
Here I share I lovely Self-healing process that I give to my clients and one that I love to do now I know, it creates such change in my body and mind.
I love the Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono. Which is a practise of forgiveness and reconciliation. This is so beautiful.
This encompasses 4 small sentences.
I am sorry
Forgive me
Thank you
I love you
With your won healinjg hands (as we all have them) place your hands on the ares of your body that you wish to connect to and say these words to. This is a beautiful personal process that will create emence healing.
Allow all tears to flow and go with the process to reconnect with your body. Your body will thanks you.
I have also shared that on Spotify or which ever music platform you use there are several artists that have put these words to music, and I tend to put one of those songs on and just allow the process to happen.
4. Toxicity in your Life
Here is discuss what is toxic in your life and to become aware of it.
Looking at all the levels toxicity may play out in your life.
Emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically.
As it is time to become aware of where this plays out and find a way to separate, heal or let go of it.
An area I talk about are your self-care products, kitchen and laundry products and all household products. Looking at where you can now choose a much healthier option for you.
5. Self-care and Self-love for The Self
Time to implement some time for you.
What does that mean for you?
Is this something that you do or not?
Take time to put you first and give yourself some you time. Check in with yourself.
Help you feel good, supported, relaxed, and nurtured.
Creating space for creation to happen.
I finish taking about the saying;
‘When the student is ready the teacher will appear”
This is how I feel when I look back on my journey.
What if all of this is happening for you and not to you.
Life can work magic.
