What a finale!! Walter and Leonard come together and become quite a dynamic duo in this final episode. Temple tries to explain to Alex who she is and who they are, Bunda and her little minions are talking their talk at the Geist party, and all our questions from the previous episodes are being answered... until people start drinking the red punch. When the punch hits we are left with Geist employees in tears, unconscious, and on the floor and the only three left standing are Alex (minus her memory, of course), Walter and Leonard. Alex's good plan to meet up with Walter, apologize for the altercation they had previously and inject him with the memory erasing serum; is in full swing after practicing her routine numerous times. She goes to look for him at his place but he's already gone. Alex returns to her hotel room and Walter's better plan goes into effect. Walter meets Alex at her hotel, apologizes for the altercation they had and invites her to go fishing. An awkward and tension filled ride to the lake finally ends, when they reach the lake. As they walk down the trail, they stop and have a confrontation about Alex being a fraud and what her real motive is. Not being able to take the heat, Alex runs away from Walter but it's to no avail. Walter furiously tries to talk with Alex about what's really happening. But Alex receives a clean slate, of memory by inadvertently injecting herself, when she tries to inject Walter with the memory serum. Before the serum kicks in, Alex hops in a boat to get away from Walter and calls Audrey. Alex gives Audrey a very cryptic warning and then passes out.

Alex begins the The Con Pt. 1, when she visits Walter in jail. Under the guise of an Army Veteran, working for a non profit organization called "Vets For Vets", Alex offers to bail Walter out of jail; in exchange for an easy interview about his issues. As Leonard has a crew of workers, set to begin destruction of the crops on the Geist farm, Audrey shows up and makes him aware of the DOD takeover of the crops. Via, an "injunction for critical military property", anyone who destroys the crop, is criminally liable. Including, the workers hired to destroy it. Leonard decides to destroy it himself, which ultimately proves to be not feasible, as the farm is acres in size. Back at the Geist office, Audrey see's first hand, how the mighty have fallen, when she meets with her former superiors, to delegate the tasks setting up an expo event, as their new superior. The Con Pt. 2, is in full swing as Alex and Walter have drinks in the bar "Skins". The two swap military service stories, as well as, accounts of PTSD. Trust rises and then falls, after Walter's temper flares, when Alex attempts to talk him out of making a visit to the Geist facility. Feeling like her job isn't done, Alex has to stay in Walter's town an extra day.

Audrey attends the Department Of Defense Interview on behalf of Geist to talk about the "Homecoming" project. The interview goes well, a little too well. The interview is cut short after Colonel Bunda asks if any subjects have ever come back to complain about the effects of the program, and is told no by Audrey. Walter's VA issue gets out of hand, after he loses his cool, when he asks for information about treatments that "helped" his PTSD. The VA explains that his treatment was administered by Geist but won't give him any info on it. Walter requests the VA to make a request for Geist to reach out to Walter with info on his past treatment. The VA makes the request but it will take 8-12 weeks for them to get back to Walter. This makes Walter lose his cool and get arrested. Leonard's new partner, could be the Department Of Defense after Col. Bunda shows up at Geist for a tour of the facility. Col. Bunda explains to Leonard, that the Department of Defense is interested in partnering up with Geist. Leonard declines but leaves Audrey to finish the tour with Col. Bunda. It was all part of the plan, a plan which was created after Audrey receives an email stating that Walter has requested information from Geist. Audrey wants to bring this information to her boss, but Alex offers her service to go and smooth things over with Walter. She takes cash, cards, a fake Airborne tattoo and checks into checks into the hotel next to the bar Skins.

She yells to a man on the shore for help and he takes off running. When she finally paddles her way back to shore she finds a set of car keys on the ground. She makes her way up to the road to realize the keys she found don’t work on the car packed there. A park ranger stops her and takes her to a nearby hospital. Still confused and out of it, the doctor accuses Monae of being a drug addict. With a little help from her “friend” in the hospital bed next to her, she takes off and escapes from the doctor and the hospital. By now all we have learned is that judging from an ID she found in her back pocket, Monae's name is Jackie and she was a war vet. Jackie and her new “friend” from the hospital go on mission to figure out what the heck is going on. In episode 2, Giant, Jackie wakes up to a car alarm and quickly realizes that the set of keys she found work for that car parked in the lot of the motel. She searches the car to find an address and a bag of cat nip. Jackie drives the car that belongs to the mysterious Alex Eastman, to the address she found. There is a woman at the house and a cat, and we soon realize the woman is Audrey from Season 1. Jackie breaks into the house and then follows Audrey to work at the Geist plant. Jackie and Audrey then both jump through their own series of hoops, Audrey with work, and Jackie with trying to find and figure out more clues. Jackie finds Audrey's office and taped to the wall is a picture of herself. At the very end of the episode the two of them finally lock eyes and Audrey kisses her and calls her Alex!!
