What’s up y’all, Welcome or welcome back to The Hood Soft Life Podcast. In the last episode I talked about being in a season of feeling stuck and feeling like I’m not making any progress towards my goals. While I still feel like I’m in this season, and I’m okay with that, I am still pushing myself in a healthy way to get unstuck. In this episode, I give a little update with where I’m at and I talk about the importance of self care and rest. I know social media makes self care look like face masks, vacations, and luxury hotels but in this episode we’re talking about real self care. Don’t get me wrong I definitely want all those things too, but in this episode I’ll be talking about the three ways I’m taking care of myself. So let’s jump in. ✨Remember to take care of yourself. Right now we’re in some stressful times for some people. Maybe you’re looking for a new job, a new home, it’s tax season, etc. While there are things we can’t avoid, we should prioritize our selfcare to get through these times. ✨Here are some of the things I’m doing to practice self care:
- Resting:
- Going to the gym and Eating better foods
- Driving and Manifesting
✨Affirmation for the week: I am worthy of self care.
