Oooooweeee at long last our favorite BBQ big man has arrived!

George Leach is the gentle giant with a heart of gold and a major funny bone, who left his childhood home in North Carolina to play for Indiana and learn what basketball was really all about.

Despite an unexpected redshirt year and the devastating dismissal of Coach Knight, George and his teammates rallied together and took Hoosier nation on one of the most unexpected and exhilarating runs to the championship game in the history of March Madness.

After graduating IU and having a wildly successful hoops career overseas, George and his towering twin, Jeff Newton, returned to their southern roots and set up shop with Ooowee BBQ… the most delicious food that anybody has ever eaten anywhere in the history of the world.
