It’s time for the world to start taking responsibility for their own mental health. We are seeing way too many tragedies and we are all starting to ask where is the solution? I don’t know if there is ONE solution but u do feel like taking care of your mental health is a step. Everyone has to start being responsible for their mental health, their anger issues, their traumas and insecurities.
