Things were very still for me 2 weeks ago. I was almost a little nervous at how quiet things had gotten around me, then with a snap of a finger things took me by surprise! I have some tips for those of you who may be going through a moment of awkward quietness in your lives.

My focus was on a million things and I had to reel myself back in and remind myself to take it back to the basics!
