Welcome back to the Bold and Brave Podcast!
Guys its been a little while hasn’t it! I am feeling so connected right now and so present with you all.
I wanna dive straight in and fill you all in on this time that i have had off the show.
So as you guys know the Bold and Brave Podcast started out with me having chats with as many Wellness and Mental health coaches and people with inspirational stories as possible, but NOW were moving and expanding and I've decided to open up the floor to me for a little while. :)
I wanna take you on this journey with me. And if you follow me on Instagram and IGTV I share a lot of my personal journey here but now Im sharing it here with you guys too because it feels right for me so LETS DO THIS!
Over the last year I've had soooo much growth, so many people have come into my life that I believe signed some pretty huge growing soul contracts with me and its been wild!!! I've felt liberated, I have grieved, felt frightening levels of anger, sadness and pure heart felt and heart awakening joy!
So much so that this AM my husband and I had one of the most beautiful conversations about my growth that, for the first time I was able to competently express a very defined and empowering metaphor for my journey and discover thus far.

This week on unpacked I am sharing my discovery of my hyper vigilant behavior, ADHD and how I am now able to take myself out of survival mode in ANY situation and come back to the present moment. Reminding myself that I am safe in my body, environment and this Life. I have carried the fearing narrative around with me for years that doom and gloom is around the corner and that it isn't safe to step out of that comfort zone because only bad things happen and no one can be trusted as everyone, thing is out to get ME. I shamefully hid this from those who i could for most of my life, up until this moment. Here on this episode I share it all with you. I am free!

Stevie wright is a breath of fresh air, and she certainly isn’t about showing off her credits and certifications. It brought a huge smile to my face when I quickly discovered that Stevie really is all about the heart first. Stevie is very raw, very real and very honest and so it this episode. :)
Stevie quotes: I put on the facade of always being happy and positive, and that my life was perfectly put together. But on the inside I was struggling. I got the message from a young age that in order to be worthy I had to hustle, achieve, do, perform, accomplish, prove myself and be perfect. As an adult that translated into nothing EVER being good enough. I was so hard on myself and I could never give myself a break.
In today’s episode Stevie and I take a walk down memory lane. Holly's love of dance began at the age of 3, as a sequin plastered competition kid. Holly went on to travel the world dancing professionally Adding certifications in Pilates and fitness, empowering others to move their bodies for almost 20 years, before residing, now in Perth WA, Holly was featured in Vogue, Sydney morning herald, Elle magazine just to name a few a recently Helped to run and facilitate a collection of amazing barre and Pilates retreats in Bali. While living in Perth Holly began working with Elise from the MVMT society Covid hit at the end of those three months and i helped her launch this AMAZING online platform and community to keep people moving during iso. In today’s podcast episode holly shares those confronting moments when she realised that dance was no longer the way forward for holly, We dive into how holly dealt with the guilt that followed after, we discuss what it feels like to be so scared to dive in and how freeing holly felt. Once she was on the other side of that fear, holly lets us in on her process to letting go and trusting that the no knowing what is coming next is Good and that the unknown is a fabulous and rewarding place to discover.
