- God’s vision is the church and the church is God’s vision.

Keys of the Kingdom of Heaven:

Keys - a metaphor, which means authority and power.

- The church has been given the power and authority to bind and loose.

- Bind, not in the sense of chaining someone. This is figurative. It simply means to restrict, to prohibit, to forbid things from happening.

- The church is not the building. The church is the people of God. You and I are the church.

- When Jesus gave the church keys (power and authority), He gave it to you.

1. Bind: You have been the authority and power to restrict. You can forbid things from happening. (Acts 12:1-5)

2. Loose: You have the authority and power to loose things. To loose means to undo, dissolve or destroy. To cast something away. (Acts 4:1-31)

- Times like these are often the best prayer hours. This is when you bring certain issues before God. You bring the things that bother you and because of your prayer, God brings judgement in the earth. (Isa 26:9)

- The inhabitants will learn judgement: Why is this? Because humans can be unfair. Listen, life is hard for many not because that’s how God designed it but because man is greedy.

- Your success can be hindered or limited simply because somebody in leadership is making unwise decisions. It could be the leader of a nation, company where you work or even in your city. You can enact judgement through Prayer.

- For example, when Peter and John healed a lame man, those in authority punished them and asked them not to preach again. They made the work of ministry difficult for them.

What did the church do to continue preaching? THEY PRAYED! (Acts 4:31)
