Courtney always keeps up with her continuing education by participating in TRX, BOSU, Pilates and Kettlebell workshops.

Dancing is a big passion for Courtney as this is where her active life style started as she started competing at a very young age.

Farah grew up over weight and always thought her worth was measured by the size of her body. As life went on she had traumas programmed into her subconscious that kept the weight on no matter what she tried. She yo-yo dieted and tried every program, every diet and even resorting to weight loss surgery at 19 which ultimately didn't work. 

Fast forward to now at 34, she finally figured it out and dropped 10 sizes in the last 2 years.

You have to first emotionally let it go before you can physically let it go.

There came a point in Dani’s career and personal life when everything came to an abrupt halt. She found herself stuck, on autopilot, as if riding a hamster wheel in life. Every day felt like the same, she had lost her ZEST for life. In 2016, through a lot of reflection and her own personal journey working with her Life Coach, Dani realized that she had the opportunity to turn things around.

 While working with her coach she quickly developed the skills that she needed to become resilient & emotionally healthy & confident with who she is.  Dani started living life on her own terms, she began blazing her own life path and has never looked back!  Since then she has travelled internationally, launched her own coaching business & manifested the most healthy, respectful, empowering romantic relationship with her woke partner!
