I was going to schedule this to post tomorrow morning, but when a hot mom thought comes through, I just can’t wait and share it as soon as possible!

Hot Mom Thoughts are short insights, ideas that I may want to turn into a blog, a podcast, or masterclass at some point (or maybe not!), but I feel called to share it asap, in the moment rather than hanging onto it until I have time to sit down and write or record.

I have so many thoughts and only so much quiet time to write or record a podcast, so I decided to start this BTS space to share them and I’m absolutely loving it!

Hot Mom Thoughts are raw and unedited and many times I am hitting record on my voice notes whenever I have a quick moment of quiet time!

I’m absolutely loving the format and am feeling really inspired around it right now, sharing 1-2 audio drops per week! If you’d like more wisdom drops, encouragement, and quick tips I’d love to have you!

Our nervous systems can get taxed… often as we are in the thick of motherhood, knowing how to catch it quickly when you feel the temperature of anxiety, overwhelm, and overstimulation rising, quickly grab one of these techniques to help you ground and feel calm… fast.

If you are like me, energized by the new year, setting new goals, and excited for all that is to come… but feel as though you’re still kind of easing in to the new year, this episode will help you to embrace and make the most of hibernation season in a way that moves you towards your vision for the New Year!

The new year is a marathon, not a sprint. You have 12 months (and beyond!) to implement the new habits, chase after all the things, and create magic… here is my advice for leaning into the energy of winter (hibernate and chill) and using the slowness to help you lay your foundation for the rest of the year.
