Alex and Andy kick things off by trying to sound more professional, which only makes them sound less so. We talk about ex girlfriends getting pregnant, Chaka Khan (which leads to yet another sing song by us). We applaud our broad backed listeners. Andy lists things that he's been supporting, which ends in something horrific.

Alex and Andy are here again, tell all your friends! A recurring character makes a surprise (hint) return to the show. Today's one is about rain, it's a little odd. There is some solid stuff here, trust us. We also chat about job interviews and ask the age old question. Who does Andy run for?

Alex and Andy decide to explain after 17 episodes why they are doing this podcast. Andy has a big long sneeze and Alex is joined by a celebrity guest who is so funny and famous that Alex is starstruck. This is genuinely brilliant work. Book us before we're big!

Alex and Andy start by telling off Henry for playing with balls (not like that Cilla). Andy gets crude quite quickly and then gets all patriotic about the Olympics. Horrible boy. He spends most of the podcast patronising Ellie Simmonds. This one's a celebration of sports. We're basically real men.

Alex and Andy have had another break, Alex is filled with Red Bull and this has filled his head with ideas. He asks a pressing question about China's Olympic achievements, Andy gets He Man very wrong. Andy reveals who he has been dating, and then he turns into a 90's stand up. Alex is not impressed.

Alex and Andy have come back, and try to make amends for their naughtiness. We talk about phobias today, and then set up a business venture hunting gingerbread witches. Towards the end, Alex gets a craving for a strange foodstuff.

Alex and Andy come at you (not like that Cilla!) after dark. As a result this podcast gets all sexy, we chat about ghost STI's, then Andy starts talking about all the ghosts he thinks he has seen. Then he says he was possessed and then exorcised, like that little girl.
