Perock Phan is a 42 year old immigrant from Cambodia. He is a US Army combat Veteran and served honorably from 2003-2007. He fought in the Iraq war in 2005-2006 where is was deployed for 16 months. He is a medically retired police officer with the city of Oakland, CA. He served in the violent streets of Oakland from 2008- 2015 where he retired as Sergeant of Police due to severe post traumatic stress disorder (PTST). He has discovered his purpose through his passion for fitness. He loves to workout and help others reach those goals. He inspires everyone he meets and and is on a mission to spread his sphere of influence through positivity, compassion, and empathy.

Today we get into the lifestyle of swinging and what got these 2 interested and why they choose to be a part of it.  This episode is very interesting and it was so much fun meeting this amazing couple and I really believe you are going to enjoy this one.
