Today, we're diving headfirst into the captivating world of intimacy. Yes, that enchanting dance of connection that weaves the fabric of our relationships.
Intimacy is not just a word; it's a sacred thread that binds us all together. Whether you're treading the uncharted waters of a new relationship or navigating the familiar currents of a long-term commitment, intimacy is always present, waiting to be explored, asking you to get deeper with it to unlock new levels of connection.
In the hustle and bustle of the modern world, it's easy to get lost in the mundane routines of life. The "how was your day" exchanges become a mere formality, leaving us craving something more - something deeper. But fear not, dear listeners, for we are here to reveal the secrets to rekindling that spark, to make every moment with your loved ones an electrifying connection.
Intimacy isn't just confined to the realm of the physical. Oh no, it's far more profound than that. It's a symphony of emotions, a dance of vulnerability, a serenade of souls. And you know what? It doesn't always have to be sexual. Intimacy, in its purest form, can be purely platonic - an understanding glance, a warm embrace, a genuine smile that says, "I see you; I understand you."
So, let's shed the shackles of convention and explore new and playful ways to experience pleasure. Pleasure that comes from fully immersing ourselves in the presence of others and cherishing every moment shared. Let's reveal the gates to the secret garden of intimacy, where we can freely be ourselves without judgement or inhibition.
Intimacy is the art of "Into Me See." It's about daring to look within each other, fearlessly exploring the depths of our beings, and genuinely seeing one another for who we truly are. It's about holding space for vulnerability and authenticity, knowing that in these moments, true connection is born.
Let me introduce to you Dr. Betty Martin who has had her hands on people professionally for over 40 years, first as a Chiropractor and upon retiring from that practice, as a certified Surrogate Partner, Sacred Intimate, and Somatic Sex Educator. Her explorations in somatic-based therapy and practices informed her creation of the framework, The Wheel of Consent®
In this segment we explore the 3 Minute game and how we can use it in our everyday lives and how the art of giving and receiving in a way both people want can transform our relationships!

Hey there, cosmic explorers!
Let me tell you something—I've always been obsessed with what's out there in the galaxy, and right here on our beautiful Earth.
You know, it's in my blood—my grandad on my mom's side was a rocket scientist, working with the legends at NASA, while my dad's side had this mystical connection—a medical medium in India for the whole town. Can you imagine the cosmic blend I've inherited? It's like having a ticket to two worlds—the scientific and the spiritual, the earthly and the extraterrestrial.
Now, here's the thing—I've never really shared this before, but I'm a seeker. I've taken the leap into the world of ETs, and at the same time, I've explored the depths of mediumship. Crazy, right? But that's me—boldly diving into the unknown, driven by an insatiable curiosity.
Today, I'm here to shake things up and ask the big questions. Life's too short to play it safe, right? Sometimes, you just gotta grab the cosmos by the horns and demand answers. And even if I don't fully get it the first time, it's an electrifying journey of expanding my consciousness. That's the magic of it all—moving toward understanding, even if it's one mind-bending puzzle piece at a time.
So, are you ready to join me on this wild ride? Let's blaze through the cosmic mysteries and tap into those spiritual connections. We're not here to tiptoe around the edges; we're going all in! No fear, no reservations—just boldness and a dash of audacity.
Let’s dive deep into this interview with Dr. Jude Currivan

In 2017 she co-founded WholeWorld-View to facilitate the understanding, experiencing and embodying of unity awareness in service to conscious evolution.
In this electrifying segment, I turned to her and asked, "What is the cosmic mind? Are we the product of celestial encounters with extraterrestrials? And what about synchronicity—how does it shape our destinies? But perhaps the most mind-blowing question of all, where is our collective consciousness headed as a race?"

We've all suffered from pain. Whether it's the physical ache, the emotional scars, or the mental struggles.
And yet, intriguingly, each of us harbours a unique pain threshold.
It’s left me wondering: Why the variations?
Let's talk about that toddler who takes a tumble, brushes off the fall, and continues on, seemingly unscathed. But wait—once he catches the look of shock on his mother's face, the pain suddenly materialises. A mere observation, an external reaction, has the power to awaken the sensation of pain.
And then there's that fascinating experiment etched in my memory—a man hides his hand, yet when a fake hand before him is struck, his brain registers the jolt of pain as if it were his own.
These scenarios paint a canvas that delves deep into the intricate dance between our perception and our experience of pain.
That’s why I loved this conversation with Dr. Mel Pohl.
We dissected this intricacies of pain—particularly the chronic kind.
The burning question—"Is the pain all in my head?"—took center stage.
But let me assure you, it's not about negating the reality of pain. Instead, it's a voyage into the mind's labyrinth, where sensations intertwine with our emotional landscapes, creating the symphony of pain we're all too familiar with.
But let's not stop there. We explored the spectrum of treatments that beckon at the horizon of possibility.
From holistic remedies that respect the body-soul connection to therapies that beckon us toward relief, we've laid down stepping stones toward liberation from pain's grip.
And oh, the magic of nutrition—fuel for not just our bodies but our souls too. The food we consume, the choices we make, they're all brushstrokes on the canvas of pain management. Each nutrient holds the potential to either fan the flames or soothe the embers.
And not forgetting —the opioid narrative. With sensitivity, we navigated through the thorny thicket of opioid treatment, understanding why the path can lead us astray, and why mindful choices are crucial on this journey.
So, here's to our quest for answers, to peeling back the layers that enshroud this intricate dance of pain. Let's embark on a journey of understanding, a journey that can light our way out of the shadows. 🌟✨

Hello my beautiful soul,
We both know there are only two undeniable certainties that shape the tapestry of our existence:
the eventual departure from this world and
the ceaseless ebb and flow of change.
From the tiniest leaf to the grandest mountain, every being on this planet is subject to these unwavering truths.
As I pondered the complexity of change and its often tumultuous dance, a question arose:
Why is embracing change such a daunting endeavor? And more importantly, how can we traverse life's labyrinth of transformations with an unwavering sense of peace and boundless curiosity?
Change, like an ever-shifting river, is woven into the very fabric of our lives.
But how do we adapt to its unpredictable tempo?
How can we thrive amidst the whirlwind of transformation?
These questions lead us to explore the relationship between change and the human psyche—why does it often feel like an uphill battle?
Navigating change becomes an art when we learn to direct our attention mindfully. 🌼 Amidst the chaos, it's essential to find our anchor, focusing on what truly matters amidst the shifting currents. This brings us to an exploration of how change can trigger past trauma, unhealed emotions, and memories we thought were buried.
In the midst of life's tides, having a solid support system is invaluable. Whether it's friends, family, or mentors, our connections can offer the life raft of understanding, perspective, and solace.
But how do we truly cultivate an oasis of calmness within the storm? 🌊 It's a journey we must undertake deliberately, through mindful practices, embracing the rhythm of change, and nurturing the serenity within ourselves.

🌿 Hello Beautiful Soul 🌿
In the symphony of life, we've explored the notes of past trauma, delved into the realms of mental and physical health, but have we truly listened to the echoes of ancestral pain?
This is a space I've always felt drawn to—an arena of healing that spans across generations.
Imagine the stories intertwined into our lineage, the triumphs and trials that shaped our forebears' paths.
Ancestral trauma work—a concept that's been part of my journey, a guiding light in my work with clients.
This isn't just a whisper in the wind; it's a profound truth echoing through time.
And let me tell you, there was this conversation, a treasure among the many I've had. A meeting of minds and hearts, a soul I've encountered in person in my home town of London.
We journeyed through the corridors of ancestral trauma work, peeling back the layers that bind us to the past and hold the keys to our present.
The resonance was deep, the wisdom shared was transformative.
This work isn't just about healing ourselves; it's about healing the roots of our family tree, about lovingly mending generations that came before and those yet to arrive.
Picture this—a closer bond with your family, one of understanding and compassion. A healing that ripples through time, a gift we bestow upon ourselves and our descendants.
The heart of ancestral trauma work is a space where we rewrite narratives, where pain is transformed into resilience, and where the echoes of history find their harmony in the present.
Join me and Jonathan on this journey, as we explore the untold stories and embrace the transformative power of healing across time. 🌟✨
Jonathan is a graduate in Public Health and has worked in factual television for over 20 years. He is an experienced ancestral trauma practitioner, training initially in the practice of systemic constellations. He went on to further advance these techniques incorporating a series of other disciplines to create ‘The Inherited Trauma Release’ process.
It was his own first hand experience seeing the potential of this work on his own struggles, which drew him to the practice.

Hello beautiful soul,
I know you've poured your heart and soul into crafting your career, nurturing your relationships, tending to your home, and sculpting your body into a vessel of strength. Believe me, I stand by your commitment to all these facets of life.
But in the midst of this hustle and whirlwind, let me gently remind you of something that often slips through the cracks. There's a point where we leave all these earthly possessions behind. When we bid adieu to this world, the only thing that will journey forward with you is the radiant flame of your soul.
So, while you stride forward in the material realm, don't forget to nourish that eternal essence that defines who you truly are. Your soul—a treasure beyond measure—holds the key to your authentic self, and it's this ethereal essence that weaves the very fabric of your existence.
You are a magnificent symphony of experiences and emotions, bound to a vessel that's transient. So, let the echoes of your soul's song be the legacy that resonates eternally.
Today, we are reflecting and diving into Bhakti, an age-old concept that's more than mere devotion.; It's a profound connection to the essence of existence. 🌺
Let me tell you I've always been open-minded. In fact, even though I was born into a Hindu family, my parents encouraged me to seek my own truth in life. This sparked a quest that led me through the corridors of various religions, diverse ways of life, and a treasury of knowledge. 📚
Along the way, I've collected some remarkable gems that have shaped my perspective.
However, it's Hinduism that has always been my anchor—a way of life that resonates deeply within me. It's more than a religion; it's a guiding philosophy that threads through every aspect of my journey.
That’s why it was such a pleasure to connect with Krishna and talk about Bhakti
What is Bhakti, really? It's a journey that goes beyond rituals and reaches into the core of who we are.
Bhakti isn't just an inward journey; It transcends boundaries, allowing us to forge connections that are beyond the limitations of words. And then there's the grand tapestry of connecting with the Supreme.
Together, we'll peel back the layers to expose a path that not only connects us to our very essence but also intertwines our spirits with others and the universe itself. 🌠
Stay tuned for a soul-stirring exploration that will leave you with a deeper understanding of Bhakti's magic.
Krishna Dharma
Back in the 1970s, after a career as a ship’s deck officer, I joined the hippy movement and began seeking self-realisation, after the fashion of the times. In 1979 I met members of the Krishna movement in Crete, where I had been living on the beach, hoping to find myself. Back in England, I began studying bhakti-yoga (the ‘yoga of devotion’) at the Krishna centre near London, known as Bhaktivedanta Manor. I lived as a monk in the ashram there for some years until I married my wife Chintamani in 1985. We moved to Manchester, where we began another Krishna centre and raised our three children. I became a regular broadcaster on BBC radio and wrote articles for national newspapers and other publications about bhakti-yoga and how it can be applied to solve life’s problems. My first book, a dramatized retelling of the Ramayana, was published in 1998, followed soon after by a similar retelling of the Mahabharata. These have become the best-selling versions of those ancient Sanskrit epics, translated into a dozen languages. I moved back to London, my hometown, in 2001 and have since written many other retellings of the Indian classics. Along with my wife, I teach bhakti and am continuing to write, with several titles currently in the pipeline.
