But it is never to late to start over again and be successful, or to even start. Many successful people never started till later in there life. In fact many successful business owners don't start that business till they are over 40!

This year see's the 16th year for us in the main ventilation busy, with all of the ups and downs, lessons and learning, successes and failures along the way of that 16 year journey.

In this episode I discuss 5 keys lessons learnt along the way, as since 2005 starting out the landscape of business has changed so dramatically. And none more so than in the last year! But one thing is for sure its been on hell of a journey or ride and I would change nothing along the way! 

I hind sight there are many things we will look back on a regret. Some for good and some for bad, but this is a story of a event I added. It was a great night, truly one which memory's are made from. And I suspect I will never get a chance to attend a event like it again.

I had such a great night that my mind was closed to all the other opportunities that the night could have offered apart from creating just great memories.

There is no such thing as a self made man or woman, there is always a team behind them, even if its just the support wife or husband.

To many people are into personal glorification, and trophy hunting. And it needs to stop!
