What's going on with these bizarre and gruesome cattle mutilations all over the west, all over the world? Well there are some ugly new cases up in Eastern Oregon, cattle country north of Burns, and as usual there are no witnesses, suspects, arrests, not even an agreed-upon cause of death. But something was responsible for setting those cleanly mutilated bulls a quarter-mile apart from one another, 15 miles from the road.
