Let's talk about planning out your career. You need to reverse engineer your career. If you do these three things, I feel pretty confident that that will at least help with getting your PT career off to a great start. The cool thing is that you could do those things even if you are not in PT school. You can start to map things out and know these are the things that I need to do to get myself to where I want to go to. It does not take going to PT school to do that.

A smart Physical Therapist understands leverage. I don’t believe in doing things on my own. I did not get to this point in my life by doing things on my own. I want to talk about the leverage mindset. I have leveraged myself. If you believe that you are going to be a physical therapist and your career is going to skyrocket based on your abilities alone? You got another thing coming - you will burn out, you will get sick like I did. You have to believe in team and you have to believe in leverage.

What has helped me the most is personal development. I am in a personal development about an hour and a half to three hours every single day and I have been doing that consistently and the more I am in it the more successful I get - that simple.
