Hello Everyone, WE HAVE VIDEO! In this week's podcast, Pastor Cam discusses the struggles with Trauma/ Stress Responses that can colorize our perspectives in life, leading us to have a false sense of reality, and inevitably keeping us from truly experiencing all that God has for us. Sometimes, we can get caught in a pattern of behavior or thinking that we think is apart of who we are, but is actually a result of a triggering event that keeps us in fear, control, and even paralysis to grow in our lives.
Will you be made whole? What does that mean to you?
If it is true of who God said we were and what we are capable of, why do we believe the opposite?
What has happened in life or traumas that colorize how we look at people/ relationships etc?

In this week's episode, Pastor Cam announces his return not only to the podcast, but the beginning of Hurt and Healed Ministries as an official ministry! Pastor Cam recants the last year and many accomplishments that happened from the hiatus of social media and posting the podcast, including Robbin's graduation with a Psychology Degree, and Pastor Cam's graduation with a Theology and Psychology degree and the acceptance into multiple Master's programs, including one from USC. Pastor Cam discusses a path forward for the podcast and the ministry and upcoming changes. He discusses the challenges, breakthroughs and future plans of the Hurt and Healed Ministries. Pastor Cam proposes four questions at the end of the podcast that will challenge your thoughts and grow your relationship with God:
Who do you know God to be?
Is it accurate with the word of God?
How well do you interpret scripture?
What are the things in the Bible that you don’t understand that may rub you the wrong way? Talk to God about it! And let us help you on how to navigate these topics!

***DISCLAIMER*** This Episode of the Hurt and Healed podcast hosted by Pastor Cam and Robbin dives deep into the experiences and complexity of sex, porn and addiction, trauma, therapy and a Biblical perspective on each topic. This episode gets heavy and raw with very open and vulnerable stories, experiences, and even topics of sexual assault and detailed emotions/ feelings. This episode may not be for everyone, but Pastor Cam and Robbin feel comfortable enough to tell their experiences and hope that people (especially young people and parents) understand the reality of what many kids and adults have gone through and how they navigated their way to God in each situation. We believe these topics should be carefully talked about with responsible adults and encourage all who listen to do their own research on it. Pastor Cam is a Licensed Minister, Army vet, and continuing student (MDiv) and Robbin is an aspiring Psychologist and 2-Tour Army war veteran) but are not therapists in any way. We suggest those who are 17 and younger to get permission form a parent or guardian, or listen together to this episode that is important to this generation today. Please listen to the full episode in context to get the full scope of a topic that needs to be discussed in the Christian community. Thank you so much! Send us your questions and feedback!
