As technicians we all have wins and sometimes those wins multiply in ways that causes us to look at ourselves more highly than we ought to. One callback can then turn into many which can cause a momentary setback, I address these setbacks and how I have been able to overcome these setbacks over the years.

In this episode I discuss my process in preparing myself mentally to deal with the change in the seasons. This mental prep has been vital to my thinking process. It has helped me overcome certain mental barriers when being stuck on a call and is one of the main factors for my success in the field thus far. 

In order to know your value you have to prove your worth. Most technicians starting out are liabilities to a company, in this episode I discuss some of the ways you can focus on becoming a liability. Enjoy
