Are you struggling to connect with your teenager?
If you feel like you're constantly fighting for control, this episode on parenting teenagers will change how you think about raising kids for good.
Most parenting advice teaches control, correction, and pushing kids toward who we think they should be.
This episode flips that script.
True parenting leadership isn't about forcing your child into a mold — it's about observing, supporting, and celebrating who they already are.
In this episode, I break down what it really means to "train up a child" — not dictating their path, but helping the dedicate themselves the one that's already been laid out for them!
You'll learn:
How to shift from controlling to observing your teen — and why this parenting mindset shift changes everything
Why so many parents of teenagers feel inadequate, and how that hidden pressure fuels unnecessary conflict
How to support your child's natural strengths without manipulation, fear, or pressure
Practical communication strategies for building trust with your teenager and encouraging open, honest conversations
So if you're tired of power struggles and ready for a better way to connect - watch now!

Discover why an early morning walk — done before you check your phone, scroll social media, or turn on the news — is one of the most powerful mental health and self-care habits you can build.
In this video, I break down why a daily morning walk changes your life: it's not the walk itself, it's the emotional regulation, mental clarity, and inner stillness it creates before the world gets a chance to influence you.
If you've been feeling emotionally drained, anxious, moody, or overwhelmed by social media, the news cycle, or constant information overload, this video explains why.
You'll learn why our nervous system was never designed to process this much conflict, comparison, and content this fast — and how a simple morning walk outdoors, connecting with nature, breath-work, and stillness can reset your mind, lower stress, and help you start your day grounded instead of reactive.
If you've been feeling emotionally heavy, low-energy, or overwhelmed without knowing why — this video is for you.

Find/Follow Michael...
Buy His Book...
Michael shares how growing up without the fatherly presence he desired created an emptiness in him—but instead of allowing that pain to define him, he made a decision to show up differently for his children.
We talk about what it means to be a father, a husband, and a more intentional man. We also discuss the power of gratitude, journaling, emotional availability, faith, family, and leading your children by example.
If you are a father, husband, parent, or man who wants to heal from the past, build a stronger family, and show up with more love, presence, purpose, and authenticity, i encourage you watch.
Because sometimes the greatest gift you can give your children is becoming the person you needed when you were younger.

You’re not stuck because of what others do or say.
You’re stuck because of the conversation you keep having with yourself.
In this episode I share how and why capable, hardworking people keep talking themselves out of the life God has already made possible.
What we say has profound influence over what we see show up in our lives, but what most are not aware of, is what controls what we say, in the first place!
In this episode, I break it all down so it makes sense and you have a actual blueprint for breaking out of the cycle of stuck-ness.

Are you a parent, struggling to get your child to respect you?
Here’s the truth: respect does not come from your (position) alone. Your child is not just responding to the title you hold as mom or dad. They are watching the (person) you are being.
In this episode, Treveal C.W. Lynch shares why parents must practice being respectable — respect (able) — able to be respected.
This is about self-leadership, integrity, character, communication, and modeling the behavior you want your children to follow. Because children often listen more with their eyes than their ears.
If you want them to mimic it, model it.
Your home is their first church (faith), classroom (education), and community (relationship navigation). So instead of only demanding respect, begin creating a culture where respect is consistently demonstrated.
With 26 years of parenting experience and four (emotionally regulated and economically responsible) adult children, Treveal shares practical wisdom to help parents communicate to their teens with greater clarity, congruency, and confidence.

Feeling stuck as a man can be heavy—especially when you’re trying to carry pressure, figure life out, and make progress without letting anyone know how much you’re struggling.
But what if getting unstuck doesn’t start with pretending to be stronger?
What if it starts with three words most men resist?
In this episode, I share the simple shift that helped me move from trauma, homelessness, shame, and survival into purpose, leadership, faith, and growth.
If you’re tired of doing life alone and ready for real change, this conversation may be the breakthrough you didn’t know you needed.

Most of us are stuck reliving our past wounds, trauma, and limiting beliefs—without even realizing it.
What if I told you that the key to breaking free isn’t trying to ignore your past, but investigating it?
In this episode, I share some of my childhood struggles and how I finally overcame years of playing small, shrinking back, and giving in to everything everyone wanted from me just to feel accepted.
Finally, I’ll provide you with the same powerful yet simple framework I used to break free, so you can begin using it, as I did, to revisit and redefine the hurtful things that were done to you—so you can move on and move beyond them.
The things I share in this episode aren’t based on theory. They’re based on my real-life experience—a tried-and-tested blueprint for genuine freedom that will help you live out your potential with boldness and authenticity rather than continuing to be held back by your past.
