It is humbling learning something you've never done before. It is also an amazing way to develop empathy for the learners that we work with everyday, and the struggles they may have learning new or complex content at school.

We were so inspired by Ali Gallop’s video - “Stop Pouring. Start Drinking” we knew we had to make an episode about it. Ali’s premise is that there is so much information and knowledge in our world today, that we can often feel as though by being exposed to the knowledge about a thing, we now know how to do the thing.
