With free agency and the NFL Draft behind us, it's time to reset the board for the 2025 offseason by looking at which IDPs gained and lost value post-draft. To help do that, the Big 3 welcome back friend of the show, Scott Bogman, to discuss 10 players (6 winners and 4 losers) affected by the draft fallout. After the break, Josh, Adam, and Bobby break down their rookie draft hauls in their main dynasty league, The XFFL.

It's one of the best nights of the year: the first round of the NFL Draft! And what a night it was for IDP, with 15 of the first 32 picks dedicated to defense. Josh, Adam, and Bobby gather in the Sode Shack to run down each of the picks and give their instant reaction to landing spots, draft capital, and the fallout for veterans on those teams. Is Travis Hunter still locked in at 1.02? Where does Abdul Carter go now? How will Jihaad Campbell fit in Philadelphia? All that and more in this episode!

It's our favorite annual tradition: bringing on Sigmund Bloom of Footballguys to break down the defensive talent of the incoming rookie class. Josh, Adam, and Bobby dig in with Sig on the strengths and weaknesses of this crop of IDP rookies, where Travis Hunter and Abdul Carter should be selected in rookie drafts, some sleepers to throw darts on after your draft is finished, and so much more.

NFL free agency is here! While most of the big-name defenders re-upped with their current teams, there were still some big deals that got handed out on the first day of the legal tampering period. Josh, Adam, and Bobby gather once again in the Sode Shack to discuss the impact these deals will have on your IDP rosters, and if we expect anything different in 2025 from players who opted not to test the market.
