In this podcast we go step by step, addressing your infinite light as well as your earthly conditioning to be integrated into your inner sense of wholeness. Wholeness is an authentic return to empowerment and freedom within. And it is all about how you relate with yourself. In essence you are already whole and it is the patterns of the emotional shut down that are keeping you away from your authentic experience of your illuminated wholeness. Enjoy.

The problem occurs when we don't want to talk about it, when we ignore it, deny it, avoid or fear it - this is when we give it power. The time has come to face everything. In essence darkness could be seen as an external motivator into your deeper light commitment. The illusion is not the problem, how we relate to it is. You hold the power over yourself to heal density, so you may illuminate your glorious Self.

Happiness happens from the inside out. If you are depending on outside circumstances or people to feel happy, you are setting yourself up for disappointment, and disempowerment. The total freedom from the illusion is your freedom. When you are full, whole and connected to yourself you will feel happy all the time, no matter what. You don't have to like what's happening at all times but you have to accept it, in order to dip into your inner stream of happiness.

This entire earth existence is made up of energy and designed for us souls to learn in - through energy. Energy cannot be destroyed and so any and all energies you have ever generated and created are yours to be responsible for. This includes all actual manifestations. In this earth dimension energy created from fear, lack, pain or confusion is not automatically light and remains yours to tend to as the creator you really are.

Time is your greatest commodity here on earth, your most valuable currency. How you value your time and manage it, is greatly important. Working into your schedule the things you want to do, the things that inspire you and are your hearts desires, just as important. But nothing is as important as how you emotionally support yourself through the ups and downs, the shifts and changes of the weeks and months ahead - parenting yourself.

We have humanized the concept of karma with slogans that have lasted for centuries. Yet karma is not a human concept to keep people in line. It truly is a soul law, which assists souls in their healing, growth and evolution. Nobody will judge the individual soul, instead each soul takes full responsibility for their actions/ choices that caused suffering or harm. P.S. don't wait for karma of another to happen, you don't know their timing.

Holiday season is a magical time of year. Hearts open during this time and people feel more compassion, care and empathy. The act of giving, volunteering and sharing takes the forefront in most peoples lives. People feel for each other and with each other more profoundly as a collective. From the warm, loving and joyous place of home or source, you, the infinite Light Soul incarnated into the human body. You entered the experience of "I" in order to learn, grow and evolve, and awaken to the soul essence of your true self. It is through the "I" that you deepen into the Oneness of your "Self and all that is. With the experience of the "I" comes loneliness. On the deepest level you miss the warmth, the love and belonging that is your true state. Enjoy.

Your soul needs your body, in order to be able to play human. Your soul works and speaks through your body. Your body is a divinely attuned medium, open to the communication with your soul and your divine light. It is time to ground yourself more deeply into your body. Learn to love your temple, learn what devotion and reverence really feels like. The deeper your connection and revering relationship with your temple, the easier for your light to embody.

When you can own your stuff, the good, the bad and the ugly, you have reached an incredible place of freedom. Knowing there is always deeper to go, embrace and invite deeper clearing.
