I don't want to feel this way, I don't want to feel sad, upset, hurt or anxious. I want to feel happy, calm, strong and peaceful. If we suppress some emotions, we will suppress the other emotions. And eventually feel very little, maybe numb, anxious or depressed. Accepting emotions as apart of the human deal is your responsibility. They will not store or hurt you, if processed properly.
